Shipping guarantee?

All of our products are shipped in less than 24 hours and you will receive them in less than 48 hours (with our FedEx Express shipping option), so if you don't want to keep the jeans you receive for any reason, you can return them and we'll make you a refund (we don't ask any questions about it or make it difficult for you to return it).

SHIPPING

What is the shipping time?

With DHL Express shipping takes 4 to 7 business days and with FedEx Express delivery is overnight!

Where does my order ship from?

All order are shipped from our warehouse in PA.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within only 1 business day!


If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays).


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once processing is complete and your order ships out. 


Please note we DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays. 

How much is shipping?

DHL Express is a Flat Rate of $11.45 and FREE on orders over $100.

FedEx Express is a Flat Rate of $15.36.


It takes 1 business day for processing before shipment.


Order arrives within 3-7 business days for DHL Express and you get overnight delivery with FedEx Express!


Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive than our standard shipping estimate. Actual shipping times can vary by military location.

How do I track my order?

After order processing and your order leave our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you of shipment information.


In the email, you will find your tracking number and shipping method.


Once you click on the tracking number in the email, the shipment progress will be displayed. 

Any shipping guarantee?

All of our products are shipped in less than 24 hours and you will receive them in less than 48 hours (with our FedEx Express shipping option), so if you don't want to keep the jeans you receive for any reason, you can return it and we'll make you a refund (we don't ask any questions about it or make it difficult for you to return it).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to request a return?

You can return any item purchased on Bythem within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:


1- Contact us via email at info@bythem.la and let us know you are going to return a product. We will give you the return address that is closest to you.


2- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.


3- Send the package to the provided address with USPS.


4- Email info@bythem.la a tracking number so we can track your return.


* Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.


* Bythem does not offer pre-paid shipping labels. You MUST pay to return the items directly to any shipping company you prefer.


* Due to security reasons and to avoid fraud, orders over $100 do not qualify for refunds, only for exchanges.


* Once your package reaches the warehouse in Panama, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.


* Sometimes Bythem offers free shipping. Even in those cases, we still have to pay DHL Express so they send your package from Panama to your shipping address. If you wish to return 1 or more products from your order, a shipping cost of $12 USD must be deducted from the amount to refund. Shipping is only free, if you buy, and keep all the items.

How to request an exchange?

You can exchange any item purchased on Bythem within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:


1- Contact us via email at info@bythem.la and let us know you are going to exchange a product. We will give you the return address that is closest to you.


2- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept it.


3- Send the package to the provided address with USPS.


4- Email info@bythem.la a tracking number so we can track your return.


5- Once the package is delivered to our warehouse, we'll send you a new package with FedEx Express. We'll pay for that new shipment, no you.


* Bythem does not offer pre-paid shipping labels. You MUST pay to return the items directly to any shipping company you prefer.


* Once your package reaches the warehouse in Panama, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your exchange to be processed.

When will I get my refund?

We understand that you want to get your refund ASAP.


Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect back into your account.

This process varies by financial institutions.


If you have received our notification email about your refund being successfully made on our end, you must allow your bank the time to finalize this process. Please be patient.


Sometimes, refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement.

I requested a refund, why is the total different?

Customers selecting a refund will receive a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee + .75 cents per item. 


If you would prefer an exchange or store credit, you will not be charged a restocking fee. 


Damaged or exchanged returns are exempt from the fee.

PAYMENT

Why was my payment declined?

There are a few different reasons why your card was declined and not processed:


1. Insufficient funds.

2. Failed postal zip verification (must match billing).

3. Failed CVV security code verification.


You will most likely see a “pending transaction” charge on your bank statement;  no worries it can take up to 2 business days for your bank to release the funds back to your account.


If you’d like to place a reorder please make sure you follow the necessary info above or try using PayPal at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards** (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Cryptocurrency** (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, USDC, DAI), and PayPal.

Please note if you use PayPal, products can only be sent to the address listed on the account.

Shipping and billing addresses MUST match the cards registered address with your financial institution.

Is your checkout safe?

Shopify® Checkout is secure, fast, and privacy-compliance. Store owners will never have access to your credit card details.


You can also pay securely via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. Your credit card details will never be shared with our store.

DATA PRIVACY

How you protect my data?

We take your privacy very seriously.


Bythem avoids installing any Shopify App that asks for access to our customers' data even if that means more manual work for us!


Also, we use Shopify's native checkout to ensure that every transaction is secure and private. We are never given access to your credit card details.

Do you share my data?

We are proud to be THE ONLY BRAND that is 100% TRANSPARENT WITH CUSTOMERS about what data is shared with 3rd parties, why and how.


Your shipping address is shared with FedEx or DHL Express (shipping companies) depending on what you select in the checkout, so they know where to deliver your package.


Your email address, phone number, and shipping address are shared with our ESSP (Email and SMS Service Provider), Klaviyo so we can communicate with you via email and SMS with the right offer based on your location (US only offers, International offers, etc).


Judgeme, the app we use to ask for product reviews, uses your email address to verify that you actually placed an order for the product you are submitting a review for.


Bythem installed from the Shopify App Store the Bad Customer and Disputify apps to alert us when a known fraudulent customer places an order in our store (to avoid fraudulent chargebacks). These apps have access to the email address, IP address, and shipping address of every order we receive.


As you can see, we avoid installing any Shopify App that asks for access to our customers' data even if that means more manual work for us. We only keep those who are absolutely essential to maintain our online business running.
